Parking at Supermarkets
There are a great deal of accidents that occur within different parking conditions normally due to the extra hazard of pedestrians.
However, the places you park your car can also cause serious hazards to other drivers.
Here are some instructions on how to park your car safely
Parking at Supermarkets
Always drive slowly around supermarket car parks as there are a great many pedestians around and children especially are likely to run out in front of your vehicle.
When queuing to find a parking space, remain patient and wait your turn. Do not try and overtake other drivers to take their parking space as this can cause arguments and high tension.
When parking, always make sure you park straight and correctly within the allotted parking bay to maximise the number of cars able to park.
When leaving your car make sure you have locked your car properly and any valuables are not left on show.
When leaving the supermarket car park ensure you are able to exit your parking bay without causing disruption to other motorists and pedestrians. |
